Yes, but to an extent. We do deliveries all over the United states and we recently started shipping products to Ontario Canada and Mexico Brazil at a small delivery fee that is added on top of the purchase price.
Deliveries outside these designated regions will have to be coordinated between the buyer and our ever present marketing staff to facilitate the delivery through a third party courier service provider.
Customers can be offered refunds if they return goods within 14 days of purchase and give a valid reason for refund request also we have to determine that the product was not damaged in any way while with the client. we do not accept damaged products after sales.
on return of product, the customer has to pay a small fee to process the packaging and refund process.
